Registration fees will be refunded on a proportional schedule based on date
of withdrawal.
Refund Policy -- By written request only: until
June 13th
- 50%; between June 13th and August 1st - 30%. No
refunds after August 1st. |

of Invitation for Funding Purposes and Letters to support Visa Applications.
Participants
requiring a letter of invitation for the purpose of securing funding from
their own institution or granting agency or to support visa applications
should send us a separate inquiry after registration. We will send the
necessary letter together with invoice. |
